Service Description
Designed to focus on calorie burning and muscle toning, this class focuses on the athleticism, fitness and stretching aspects of yoga. Dynamic and static stretching are explored. Techniques learned in this class can be incorporated into any training program for athletes, regardless of sport. This class will definitely leave you feeling as though you left the gym! Various yoga poses will be explained and used in this interval-training full body workout session. This class is for all ages 18+ and levels. Group sessions only. All sessions may be offered in person, but also streamed for virtual attendance members.
