Gentle, accessible yoga classes designed for beginners or those returning to yoga. Focus on breathwork, foundational poses, flexibility, and mindfulness. Ages over 21 welcome.

Cancellation Policy

FFYB's REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ON CLASSES, CLASS PASSES, UNLIMITED PASSES, WORKSHOPS, DEPOSITS, EVENTS, PRIVATE CLASSES OR ANY PURCHASES. TRAINER MAY CANCEL SESSIONS AT ANY TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. IF SESSIONS ARE DUE TO TRAINER CANCEL, BOOKING WILL BE ISSUED A REFUND WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS WITH ADDITIONAL CREDIT FOR INCONVENIENCE.
