I noticed that most people weren’t struggling because they weren’t trying — they were struggling because they were following one-size-fits-all routines that didn’t account for their body, their movement patterns, or their lifestyle.
Through my own movement journey and years of working with different bodies, I realized that flexibility isn’t about pushing harder or stretching longer. It’s about intentional, personalized movement that restores freedom instead of forcing range. That’s why I focus on one-on-one, flexibility-centered yoga and assisted stretching.
Every session starts with understanding how your body moves, where it’s restricted, and what it needs to feel open, strong, and supported again.
